The SOC 2 audit, conducted by the independent AICPA-accredited CPA firm Insight Assurance, examined PK Tech’s policies, procedures, systems, facilities, and personnel handling customer data. The audit evaluated PK Tech’s compliance with the Trust Services Criteria (TSC), a set of standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to measure the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a service organization.
