FOUNDER & CEO

Jordan is a born technologist and problem solver.

As a high schooler, he built computers and websites, took apart classic cars in his driveway, and was passionate about drumming in school jazz and marching bands. His parents' power bill took the hit, reflecting having servers and workstations networked in his room so he could scratch the IT itch that would later develop into a full-blown career and business. 

After receiving a Bachelor of Computer Science with Honors, he quickly obtained IT certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+, and became a Microsoft System Certified Engineer.

With these credentials, he did significant projects for large organizations such as BankOne, HP, Cox, local colleges, and Phoenix's largest school district. After that, check out Our Story to see what happened next.

Jordan is an avid dog and cat lover, off-roader, and gamer, and he spends a couple of hours a day staying connected to the latest IT trends.

Niko Wagner
Service Manager

Niko began his working life managing a popular multi-location pizza chain in Arizona for nearly a decade before entering IT. From tossing pizza dough to improving the profitability of an underperforming location, he did whatever it took to get the job done. 

Looking for his next challenge, an IT career was an obvious path. After building his gaming PC in high school and helping his friends build theirs, his natural ability to understand and troubleshoot technology emerged. 

Niko was one of PK Tech's first employees, starting as a technician in 2013, just four years after the company was founded. Niko worked his way up the ladder quickly. Today, he is in leadership, runs the Service Department, is deeply involved with company growth initiatives, and has a long track record of designing and executing complex IT projects.  

Outside of work, Niko enjoys playing basketball and video games, as well as spending quality time with his family and house hippos 🦛.

Charles Kreuzer
Account Manager

With over 30 years of experience, Charles is a Business Development and Account Manager at PK Tech, focusing on client growth.

Previously, he worked as a Sales Engineer and managed weight-based process controls. He has led production teams using lean manufacturing and provided start-up consultation as CEO of Scottsdale Marketing Consultants. His roles have spanned industries, consistently driving sales, efficiency, and profitability.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys 4-wheeling, off-road activities, and has played guitar for over 45 years. He’s also a dedicated cat owner.

Maribel Alvarez
Office Manager

Maribel holds a bachelor's in business administration along with eight years of administrative experience. She handles a broad range of responsibilities such as HR, procurement, and billing, to ensure smooth operations within PK Tech.

Along with daily tasks, Maribel looks ahead to expand strategies that ensure efficiency for both our team and clients.

In her free time, Maribel enjoys crocheting, baking, and working on cars with her husband.
