ASCPA Don Farmer Tax Update Sponsor Recap

Written by Jordan Hetrick | December 20, 2025

On December 11th 2025, PK Tech was the IT sponsor for the 2025 ASCPA Don Farmer Tax Update at the FOUND:RE Phoenix.

We had a great time connecting the ASCPA team, existing clients, and future potential clients.

We had several conversations around the FTC Safeguard Rule's requirement that CPAs vet their service providers' ability to safeguard customer information per 16 CFR 314.4 (f).

Our solution is simple:

We come to the table with the most widely accepted third-party audited AICPA accreditation, SOC 2 Type II. This proves we are capable of protecting customer information and also fulfills the requirement that you periodically assess that we have appropriate safeguards because we go through SOC 2 annually.

If you are a CPA firm and would like to speak with us, book time with our founder, Jordan Hetrick, directly here.

On December 11 ASCPA hosted a comprehensive Tax Update session that counts for 8 CPE credits, led by the highly accomplished Vivian J. Paige, CPA (VA), CGMA, MBA, MS.
